Wow, now I know why I LOVE all these foods so much. Here’s an I dea of what I mean. Several decades ago when I was around 4 or 5 my mom & grandma went out for a while & left me elone with the cottage cheese & a kitchen full of spoons. Talk about your fox in the hen house! :-)

Good yummy foods, but watch the sugars they can make you crash and burn. Always make sure you have something with some protein. with your carbs. BTW my daughter and I call chocolate our vitamin C
